This 90 minute class includes practical ways to regain control of your core and recover from diastasis rectus abdominis. Also included are specific exercises to do at home to retrain your core, information on the most up-to-date research on the topic!
75-90 Minute Class which includes education on: pelvic floor muscle anatomy and changes that occur following pregnancy and birth, early postpartum recovery through fourth trimester, optimal body mechanics when lifting, feeding and carrying your babies, guidance for return to sex and exercise safely and painfree, an easy self-assessment for diastasis rectus and pelvic floor weakness, review of perineal tear healing and steps to perform self scar massage, and demonstration of an easy movement sequence that fits into early motherhood life.
90-minute class includes education on pelvic floor muscle and abdominal anatomy changes that occur following pregnancy and birth, early postpartum through fourth trimester recovery tips after a Cesarean Birth, optimal body mechanics when lifting, feeding and carrying your babies, and guidance on returning to sex and exercise safely and painfree, and review of scar desensitization and self scar massage to decrease scar tissue restriction.
90- Minute Class which includes: education on pelvic floor muscle anatomy and changes during pregnancy and birth, preparation tips for your pelvic floor muscles for labor and birth, education on birthing positions and breathing strategies for optimal pelvic floor relaxation, answers to questions from attendees during live recording. BONUS handout on self-perineal massage and specific exercises to facilitate pelvic floor lengthening/opening. Access to class is available for one year after purchase.
